About Jake Bittner

I’m a business coach, entrepreneur, and investor who’s been in the seat you’re in now. Over 25 years, I’ve built, scaled, and exited companies, led teams through complexity, and learned what it takes to create lasting enterprise value. As owner and CEO of Qlarion, I grew a government data analytics firm into an award-winning market leader before selling it to a private equity–backed acquirer.

I use the Gravitas Impact 7 Attributes of Agile Growth® Framework, along with other proven tools I’ve refined through my own experience as a CEO and investor. The Gravitas framework is built around seven key areas that drive scalable, healthy companies — from strategy and execution to leadership and cash flow.
